About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate with a passion for fashion, styling, and sales. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with customers, building lasting relationships, and contributing to a positive, polished boutique environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, personalized customer service
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Achieve individual and store sales goals
Offer styling advice and product recommendations
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and organization
Assist with inventory, restocking, and visual displays
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Qualifications
Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion, trends, and styling
Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
