How do I make a return?
  • Click HERE with your email and order number! Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label within 30 days of delivery.
  • Clothing (excluding clearance) will qualify for a 10 day free return. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details.
 
Do I qualify for a free return?
  • All clothing items (excluding clearance) qualify for free returns within 10 days of delivery. Conditionally, to qualify for free return shipping, your return package must be postmarked within the first 10 days of delivery using the return label we provide when you initiate your return.
  • The label cost of $7.95 will be deducted from your merchandise refund for each return package sent after the 10 day postmarked period.
  • We do not cover the return shipping costs on any hard goods.
 
I have questions about the product or want to change (color, size, size, price ...) what to do?
  • At this time, we do not administer even exchanges via our online store. If you are in need of a different size we highly recommend re-buying if it is in stock and returning the other.
  • If any adjustments need to be made to your re-buy please contact us right away.
 
Why did I receive a cancellation / out of stock notification after I successfully placed an order?
  • We work hard to ensure we fulfill all orders in a timely and efficient manner but there are instances where our stock depletes quicker than our system recognizes.
  • You will not be charged for your out of stock item(s) and the total balance due will change prior to processing.
 
I want to modify/cancel my order?
  • Please note that orders cannot be modified after purchase. In the event that you would like to include a gift note or pay an additional $4.95 for gift wrapping - please email customerservice@madisonsniche.com
  • If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours of purchase. Unfortunately there are no guarantees we will be able to halt processing and shipping but our team will do their absolute best to accommodate!
 
What does gift wrapping look like?
  • Items can be gift wrapped for $4.95 per bundled item(s) for online orders. You may also opt to include a gift message! Don't worry about the price tags, we will mark over them!:)
  • *Please note that gift wrapping may vary per item as required, but will always include: tissue paper, cellophane, raffia ribbon and an optional gift message.
  • Items in a gift order may ship from separate locations, we will accommodate as best we can.
  • Please do not indicate gift wrapping in the notes box, it will be overlooked by our packing/shipping team and it is not reflected on the final invoice.
 
Do you offer Military/Student/Teacher discounts?
  • Yes, we do! Please attach a photo of your current Military, Student or Teacher ID and send directly to: customerservice@madisonsniche.com (you may blot out sensitive information, please leave your name and date of issue/expiration legible).
  • Once this is reviewed an approved by our staff, you will be added to our discount list and an active 10% discount code will be sent directly to your email!
 
Why am I being charged shipping over $150?
  • Your cart may include one or more items that are excluded from our free shipping promotion.
Excluded items include but are not limited to:

  • Himalayan Candles
  • Select Heavy (Marble, Stoneware, Wood)
  • Online Exclusives
  • Lighting Fixtures
  • Furniture
 
Why isn't my discount code working?
  • The code has already been redeemed.
  • Another code has been applied (limit one code per order)
  • The item(s) in your cart are excluded.

In efforts against raising our product prices or standard shipping rates, we have added certain select items to our discount exclusions list. Shop & enjoy your favorite products at fair pricing with minimal shipping costs. Free standard shipping on most orders over $150 !
 
Why is my package still in Pre-Shipment?
  • We process, pack & ship all in-stock items within 24 hours! (During Business Days). Please allow up to 48 hours during November & December.
  • In the event that your tracking still says Pre-Shipment past this window -- it is possible the carrier has not yet updated your tracking.
  • Please allow 5 full business days for your order to arrive. If the problem persists, please contact us so we can further assist you!
 
When will my online exclusive item(s) ship?
  • All online exclusive orders are placed with the manufacturer and confirmed prior to processing payment. Online Exclusives have a delivery window stated on the product page.
 
How do I redeem my discount code?
  • One discount code may be redeemed per order
  • Discount codes are not redeemable in-store
  • Discount codes may be assigned to certain collections only for a certain time. Please see promotional terms/conditions.
  • Discount codes cannot be redeemed on marked down items.
  • Certain select items may be excluded, see product page for details.
 
How can I check my order status?
  • Sign into your Madison's Niche account and check your "Orders" tab
  • Click on your order confirmation email
  • Click on your order shipping email
 
Can I change my billing/shipping address?
  • We cannot change the billing address once an order has been placed, however we can change the shipping address.
  • It is crucial to notify us of this update as soon as possible so we can make this change in time. There are no guarantees but we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!
 
Why isn't my gift card working?
  • We have two different types of gift cards: physical In-Store Gift Cards and digitally emailed E Gift Cards.
  • Physical gift cards can be purchased in-store or online and are redeemable in-store only.
  • E-Gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed online.
  • Our two systems unfortunately cannot communicate and funds cannot be transferred.
 
Why haven't I received my E-Gift Card?
  • Once you place your online order for your E-Gift Card please allow up to 12 hours for processing.
  • As soon as the funds are captured, the card is digitally emailed right away.
  • Please be sure to fill out all the correct email information of the intended recipient. 
 
Why is my online store credit not working?
  • Our loyalty system automatically generates "flow credits" that can be used towards your next online purchase. These flow credits must be used within a certain time frame, as they do expire.
  • Once a flow credit expires, it cannot be re-issued and redeemed. If there is a mistake, please contact us directly at customerservice@madisonsniche.com
  • If you are within the time window and the credit is not working, please be sure you do not already have a coupon code or a sale item in your cart - as this may be causing conflict. Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Online Credits may not be redeemed in-store at any time.
 
What is the difference between "soft goods" & "hard goods"
"Soft Goods" include:
  • Women's Clothing
  • Baby Clothing
  • Plush Toys
  • Accessories
  • Non-fragile/Heavy/Delicate/Breakable items
*MOST soft good orders qualify for free shipping promotions, have a lower flat rate charge, and can generate our USPS Return Label.*
"Hard Goods" include:
  • Furniture
  • Lighting fixtures
  • Home Décor
  • Kitchenware
  • Heavy/breakable materials (Ceramic, Stoneware, Marble, Glass, Wood)
*MOST hard goods have a flat rate that will vary on weight, fragility & shipping/handling. Return labels/charges are not covered.*
