  • Await email confirmation that your order is available for in-store pickup
  • Show cashier photo ID or email confirmation
  • Enjoy your purchase!

How- to Local Delivery!

Available on orders over $35.00 at all Boutiques!

  • Check available stock by the location local to you for your item(s)
  • Add item(s) to cart
  • Choose our “Local Delivery” option
  • Type in your address & pick the date and time of delivery
  • Continue with checkout
  • Await email confirmation & tracking information
  • Receive your order on the same day
  • Enjoy your purchase!

Please note our packing/shipping team requires 2 hours Monday-Saturday to process & prepare your pick-up order or local delivery order (it may be ready sooner and you will be notified!). Store pickups & local deliveries are currently not available on Sundays.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM Mondays-Fridays will be processed and ready for pick-up or local delivery the next day at 11 am.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed and ready for pick-up or local delivery the next Monday at 11 am.

Please make sure ALL items in your store pick up or local delivery order are available at the same pick up location, refer to our live store inventory directly on the product page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Want your item sooner, pick up your online order at any of our Boutiques. In-store pickup allows you to place an order through our website and pick it up in the store at your convenience.

When you find an item you love, pick your size and color. Below is a live inventory of all our locations. Check the availability of your item at a store near you. If you wish to pick up the item, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Choose the “Store Pickup” option at checkout. Pick your date and time and proceed to checkout.

Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order is ready to be picked up. You'll receive a separate notification email when your order is ready at your selected store. Remember to check your spam email. Wait for this notification before heading to the boutique!

Please bring your order confirmation email (print out or show on your mobile device) as well as your ID. You may also have someone else pick up your order, so long as they bring the document listed above.

Once every item in your order is ready for pickup, your order will be held for FIVE days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be canceled and refunded. 

We now proudly offer our local customers a same day local delivery service. With our local delivery service you can shop from the comfort of your home and receive the item(s) you love on the same day! Local delivery serves as an alternative to shipping with a carrier, in-store shopping, or in-store pickup.
